Nutrition & Fitness
In this program, you will receive dietician-developed customized meal plans and grocery lists. You will also have access to our on-demand video library, online workshops, and support groups, and limited live classes and workshops.
Health & Mental Wellness
The Health Coaching Service offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. The program serves to bridge the gap between clinicians and patients by providing assistance to people who need help navigating the healthcare system.
Food Equity Programs
Meal Box Programs offer all the ingredients needed to prepare a home-cooked meal – including a vegetarian option. We also provide prepared holiday meals for the houseless.
Food Box / Community Healing
The Equity Food Box Program uses a co-op model that centers equity by offering a one level membership to all. What this means is all members receive the same benefits and have access to the same foods and services regardless of their ability to pay.

WHO WE ARE?
Yasuke Commons is devoted to healing and nourishing our community. We’re a community of farmers, holistic practitioners, and product makers. Our mission is to ignite system change through access to healthy wholesome foods. health and wellness services, and education.
HOW WE WORK?
We ensure our community has access to organic produce, natural foods, health coaching, nutritional services, and wellness education. Our wholesome food cooperative provides the tools for low income and the working poor, BIPOC communities, and families in a pandemic crisis to sustain a healthy way of life.
WHAT WE GROW?
Our 80-acre farm provides local products all year round. Join our CSA that includes a variety of greens, root crops, alliums, herbs, and seasonally available berries and fruits. You can customize your box for your nutritional needs, family size, and health concerns. We also have fresh cold-pressed juices, 21-day cleanses.

Our mission is to rebel against inequity in support of an innovative matriarchal system of mutual aid, creating, and cultivating regenerative community-based ecosystems.
People of color have suffered horrific harm as a result of colonization, genocide and gentrification. Our primary purpose is to remedy the lasting effects of those harms on the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of those impacted.
Our holistic healing programs work in harmony to disrupt inequities that have plagued marginalized communities for generations. Our unique business model is rooted in ancestral practices of regeneration, resilience, culturally specific therapeutic modalities, the healing wisdom of knowing food is medicine.
